 +Michael Kors  BORN IN LONG ISLAND AND IN COLLAGE STUDIED FASHION DESIGN ATT THE FASHION INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY.AFTER HIS STUDIES HE BEGAN WORK ON A COLLECTION FOR THE VERY TRENDY AND RENOWNED BOUTIQUE LOTHARS. THE COLLECTION WAS A HUGE SUCCESS AND CAUGHT THE EYE OF THE PRESS.SOON HE HAD COLLECTION AT SALKS FITH AVENUE AND BERGDORF GOODMAN,WHICH ARE BOTH HIGH QUALITY DEPARTMENT STORES. IN JUNE OF 1999 HE RECEIVED THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS AWARD IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY,WHICH IS THE CFDA AWARD FOR WOMENS WEAR.
 THE FIRST  STORE  THAT HE OPENED WERE AT 974 MADISON AV IN NEW YORK CITY AND IT OPENED IN SEPTEMBER OF 2000.IN FEBRUARY OF 2002, HE DECIDED TO OPEN ANOTHER STORE IN TOKYO'S AYOMA DISTRICT. THE COMPANY OPENED ITS WEST COAST FLAGSHIP AT 360 NORTH RODEO DR, WHICH REVILED A NEW RETAIL FORMAT, WHICH GIVES CUSTOMERS THE ULTIMATE LUXURY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE .IN SEPTEMBER OF 2004 HE OPENED  THIRD COLLECTION BOUTIQUE IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE AMERICANA IN MANHASSET,NY.
  KORS OFTEN INCLUDES BOLD LINES AND BRIGHT COLOR WITH AN OFF SET OF WHITE. HE CREATES A GRACEFUL FLARE THAT CONTRIBUTES TO HIS PURELY RAVISHING COLLECTIONS.HIS SENSE OF STYLE IS IMPECCABLE AND PERHAPS THAT WHAT HAS CARRIED HIS CAREER TO THE HEIGHT IT IS SEEN AT TODAY.

THE MICHAEL KORS MISSION STATEMENT IS VERY SIMPLE AND HAS BEEN ACHIEVED IN MOST PEOPLES EYES. HE IS THE LEADING AMERICAN DESIGNER FOR LUXURY SPORTSWEAR.THE COMPANY'S HERITAGE IS ROOTED IN PRODUCING WOMEN'S READY TO WEAR THAT IS SLEEK,SEXY,SOPHISTICATED,GAPHIC, AMERICAN SPORTSWEAR.IT IS THEIR MISSION TO BRING THIS VISION AND LIFESTYLE TO WOMEN AND MEN AROUND THE WORLD WITH ALL THEIR PRODUCTS. HIS COMPANY  EMBRACES THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF CREATIVITY,INTEGRITY,QUALITY.
